Nature of Work
- Lead the strategic direction and development of products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to drive product success from concept to launch.
- Leverage deep understanding of user needs and industry trends to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve and iterate on product offerings.
Education & Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in product ownership or product management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex products and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience required.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
Common accountabilities:
- Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline.
- Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
- Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
