Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive on a commission basis to drive client acquisition for Red Ant Studio. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating qualified business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across startups, D2C brands, SMEs, and growing businesses.
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, email, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to qualified meetings.
- Conduct personalized outreach and consistent follow-ups.




- Schedule qualified discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline activity.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated success in generating business opportunities through outbound sales and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, networking, and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve business development targets.
- Experience selling branding, creative, marketing, or digital services is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Compensation
