Role & responsibilities
- Perform laboratory synthesis and formulation development as per project requirements.
- Execute experiments and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Conduct analytical testing and interpret experimental results.
- Assist in process optimization and scale-up activities.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and development documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Purchase teams for project execution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during product and process development.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Support current product development and technology transfer activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, analytical techniques, or formulation development.




- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc., as applicable).
- Good laboratory documentation practices (GLP/GDP).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
