Role Description

10 by 10 is looking for a
Senior Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience
who can independently handle projects from concept development to site execution and final styling.

If you are someone who understands both drawings and drapes, both BOQs and brass finishes, and enjoys leading projects with clarity and confidence, we’d love to meet you.
Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects

• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software is a plus)





• Ability to create detailed working drawings and coordinate with vendors & contractors

• Experience in client communication and project handling

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site problem solving

• A sharp eye for styling, proportion, and finishing details

• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide junior designers and site supervisors
What You’ll Be Working On

• Independently handling end-to-end interior projects

• Leading client meetings and presentations

• Coordinating drawings, BOQs, timelines, and site execution

• Styling and final visual curation of spaces

• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality control
