What You Will Accomplish Here…
The Data Entry Operator works within the Quality Assurance (QA)



Department and is responsible for entering and editing complex information from a variety of internal and external sources. The QA Department focuses on letter writing, data entry, and translations for certification reports.

*This position will effectively support the QA team by focusing on the following:*
- Maintains knowledge of GLI products/services, database procedures, and certification letter folders
- Updates jurisdictional information in the database against certifications in an accurate and effective manner
- Creates projects in the Submissions Database from requests received from a variety of sources, such as emails, FTP downloads, etc.
- Operates peripheral equipment and runs verification programs to obtain a diverse collection of software signatures
- Processes draft and secondary portal reports, closing out files for withdrawal
- Researches daily database queries, correcting any erro
