Terra Rex Realty is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer relationships, provide timely support, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with customers regarding documentation, payments, agreements, possession, and other project-related matters.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure proper escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and customer interactions when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-up activities.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports regarding customer follow-ups, complaints, and pending matters.




- Ensure professional and timely communication with all customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, CRM, Customer Service, or Relationship Management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; Punjabi will be an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
