We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Techno-Commercial Sales Professional with 7+ years of core experience in the building materials industry, specifically focusing on ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) / AAC Wall Panels, partition walls, or precast building systems.

This role involves end-to-end sales management, technical submittals, client presentations, specification approvals, and commercial negotiations. The ideal candidate must possess robust relationships with real estate developers, contractors, structural consultants, and architects across key markets.

Key Responsibilities1. Techno-Commercial Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth and market share for ALC Wall Panels across B2B project segments (Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Infrastructure).
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from inquiry generation, technical discussion, estimation, pricing, commercial proposal submission, to final contract closure.
- Present technical submittals, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), costing analysis, and commercial terms to key client decision-makers.

2. Specification & Relationship Management
- Actively engage with Architects, Structural Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Builders, and Main Contractors to get ALC Wall Panels specified in upfront project designs.
