The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing and business development team by assisting with digital marketing, client communication, lead generation, content creation, proposal coordination, and administrative marketing activities. The role ensures smooth execution of marketing campaigns while helping generate new business opportunities and maintaining the company's brand image.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Coordinate website updates and blog posts.
- Monitor online inquiries and respond or assign them appropriately.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation
- Research potential clients, architects, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Build and maintain the client database (CRM).
- Support cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Track leads from inquiry to project award.

Marketing Coordination
- Prepare company presentations and brochures.

Content & Branding
- Create social media posts and captions.
- Coordinate photography and project documentation.

Market Research
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Identify current business opportunities.
- Prepare market analysis reports.
- Update target client lists regularly.

Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing records and databases.
