Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve daily targets through effective cold calling, telemarketing, and voice processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, reduce attrition rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre workplace with expertise in outbound sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of achieving target achievement through effective team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales process, including cold calling techniques, telemarketing strategies, and voice processing protocols.
