About the Role:

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and detail-oriented Career Development Officer (CDO) to lead student outreach, institutional engagement, and admissions within the assigned territory. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong relationship-building, counselling, and sales skills to convert prospective students into successful admissions.The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent presentation skills, and be passionate about helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular travel within the assigned territory to meet school and college stakeholders, including Principals, Professors, HODs, Placement Officers, and Career Counsellors, to build and maintain strong institutional relationships.
- Schedule, organize, and deliver impactful seminars, workshops, and presentations to student groups (50–100+ attendees), promoting Lakshya's programs and career development opportunities.
- Proactively engage with educational institutions to secure seminar opportunities,



campus engagement activities, and student participation aligned with outreach and admissions targets.
- Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality student leads.
- Support and implement cutting-edge marketing, outreach, and admissions initiatives to enhance program awareness and maximize lead generation.
- Follow up with prospective students generated through seminars, outreach activities, campaigns, and referrals via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Conduct home visits to interested students and their families to provide personalized career counselling, understand student aspirations, address concerns, and guide them through the admission process.
