About the Role

As a Growth & Partnerships Intern, you will work directly with the Founder and leadership team on high-impact initiatives across business development, strategic partnerships, community growth, GTM, and revenue generation.

This is not a support role—you will own real business outcomes and work with founders, CXOs, investors, and enterprise leaders from day one.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships
- Identify and engage startups, enterprises, investors, VCs, accelerators, family offices, GCCs,



and ecosystem partners.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships.
- Support partnership discussions, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Represent HighTable at networking events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings.

Business Development & Revenue
- Generate qualified business opportunities and strategic introductions.
- Identify potential sponsors, corporate partners, and paying clients.
- Build outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, email, founder communities, referrals, and events.
- Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers.
- Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM and track partnership, sales, and revenue pipelines.
- Contribute directly to bringing recent business to HighTable.

Community & Growth
- Curate founders, CXOs, investors, and ecosystem leaders for HighTable programs.
- Support execution of executive roundtables, founder dinner
