Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to execute engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality creative content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags,



and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute organic and paid social media campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva,
