Role Description
The Tendering Manager for EPC Marine projects will lead the end-to-end tendering process for engineering, procurement, and construction initiatives in the marine sector. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves reviewing tender documents, coordinating technical and commercial inputs, preparing competitive bids,



and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The role includes working closely with engineering, procurement, finance, and project management teams to develop cost estimates, risk assessments, and proposal strategies. The Tendering Manager will track tender opportunities, maintain a database of bids, engage with clients and partners during pre- and post-tender stages, and support negotiations to secure projects aligned with the company’s business goals. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to enhance bid quality and win rates.
