KeyResponsibilities

? Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies aligned with business objectives.

? Plan, manage, and optimize integrated Product marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

? Drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product gaps, emerging trends and business opportunities.

? Collaborate closely with Business Development, Developers and Customer Success teams to maximize campaign impact.

? Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve performance goals.

? Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI.





Required Experience & Skills

✅ 5+ years of marketing experience in the IT, SaaS, or Salesforce industry.

✅ Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including:

Addon: Must have 3+ years of experience in product marketing

SEO

SEM/PPC

Social Media Marketing

Email Marketing

Event Marketing

✅ Proven experience in team leadership and people management.

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

✅ Experience managing marketing budgets and executing ROI-focused campaigns.
