Role Description
The Brand Manager – Partnerships and Alliances (Ad Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic brand partnerships that leverage NoBrokerHood’s community platform and ad inventory to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and pitching to potential partners, designing partnership proposals, negotiating and closing ad sales deals, and managing ongoing partner relationships. The Brand Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to create integrated campaigns, ensure seamless execution, and track performance against agreed KPIs. The role also involves analyzing market trends, evaluating current business opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in New Business Development and Sales, with a focus on revenue generation and account management.
- Proven ability to build and manage Strategic Partnerships
