Position: Project Officer - 02

Location: Goa - Preferred: Goa Resident

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Commerce, Social Work, Tourism, or related disciplines, with exposure to enterprise creation.
- Must have 12 years of experience in community mobilization, training, Microenterprise, Entrepreneurship Development, Self-Employment, Livelihood, or Rural Women-related schemes and projects, including work with SHGs.
- Should possess strong documentation and reporting skills, computer literacy, data analysis ability, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to take impart inputs in enterprise creation related training programmes
- Must be fluent in English and Konkani.

Job Description:
- Deliver focused training sessions based on the identified trade curriculum.
- Demonstrate practical techniques and guide trainees through hands-on activities.
- Conduct training programmes, financial linkage,



marketing support etc to the trainees.
- Support the Project Coordinator in developing and updating training content and demonstrations.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide individual feedback for improvement.
- Maintain attendance, progress records, and documentation of training activities.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators for smooth scheduling and resource management.
- Ensure the upkeep of training equipment and materials at the Common Facility Centre.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and qualified ethics among trainees.

Type of Employment: On a contractual basis

Remuneration: Rs.60,000/- CTC per month
