Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Talent Processes and Business Support on the Talent Services-Performance Management-Engagement Specialist team, you will be responsible for supporting engagement programs, advising stakeholders, and helping enhance the employee experience across the business.
- Partner with leadership to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and engagement objectives.
- Program manage and execute engagement initiatives, including skip-level meetings, walk-and-talk sessions,



and other employee experience activities.
- Support employee survey participation and help business leaders and people managers with action planning and follow-up updates.
- Conduct stay interviews, identify employee concerns and retention risks, and coordinate with stakeholders on response actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, recent hire integration, rewards and recognition activities, exit processes, and learning logs.
- Lead 2–4 professionals and support performance management roadshows, performance improvement discussions, and employee relations insights as needed.
