About The Team
The Collections team is part of the broader Finance/Order-to-Cash organization and is responsible for safeguarding revenue through effective receivables management. We work closely with cross-functional partners across Billing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to provide a seamless experience to customers while maintaining financial discipline.

The team values ownership, transparency, and collaboration. We encourage data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement of our processes, and clear, empathetic communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.
