Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Flexo Printing Operator role based in Tiruvannamalai. The Flexo Printing Operator will set up, operate,



and monitor flexographic printing machines used to produce custom and high-volume paper bags, ensuring print quality, color accuracy, and registration. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plates, inks, and substrates; performing test runs; adjusting machine settings; and maintaining optimal production speed while minimizing waste. The role involves routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with the production and quality teams to meet order specifications and deadlines. The operator will also follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and accurately document production data and machine maintenance activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing, with experience operating flexographic or similar printing machinery.
