About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maximizing productivity, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet delivery commitments.

* Ensure optimum utilization of machines, equipment, and manufacturing resources.

* Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and workforce productivity.

* Supervise and guide shift supervisors and production teams to achieve operational targets.

* Coordinate with the procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

* Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to maintain product quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.

* Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve overall process performance.
