Position Overview: SAP HCM consultant implements, configures, and supports the SAP Human Capital Management system, bridging HR processes with third party system by gathering requirements, designing solutions, customizing modules (like Payroll, Time,



Talent), testing, training users, and troubleshooting issues to optimize workforce management for clients, often working with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities configuration, data conversion, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design Configuration: Translate requirements into SAP solutions, configuring system settings and customizing modules to meet business objectives.

Implementation Support: Lead or assist with full lifecycle implementations, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect management, and ongoing system support.

Documentation: Create essential project documents like Business Blueprints, Functional Specifications (FDDs), User Manuals, and Test Scripts.

Integration: Manage integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (like FI) or third-party systems including any other HR system.
