Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely filing of returns with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate board meetings and provide strategic guidance on financial matters to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in accountancy or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and taxation laws in India.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.
