Job Responsibilities
- Make 80 to 120 outbound calls to candidates every day (mandatory).
- Explain job opportunities and screen interested candidates.
- Assess candidate eligibility based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily calling and recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Recruitment.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable making 80 to 120 outbound calls per day and working in a target-based environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
