Role & responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate insurance leads and activate agents for Insurance business.
- Explain insurance products and address customer queries.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers, Agents for current business and policy renewals.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/ Activisation targets.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
