Job Responsibilities:
- Handle End-to-End Procurement of Automation Components & Materials
- Coordinate with Vendors for Quotations, Negotiations & Supplier Development
- Ensure Timely Material Procurement & Delivery
- Prepare Purchase Orders, MIS Reports & Procurement Documentation
- Monitor Inventory & Follow Up on Material Availability
- Handle Professional Email Communication with Vendors & Suppliers
- Coordinate with Production, Stores & Accounts Teams

Requirements:
- Graduate / PG / BBA / MBA
- 4–6 Years of Experience
- Valuable Spoken & Written English
- Strong Email Drafting & Vendor Communication Skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & ERP Software
- Strong Negotiation, Coordination & Analytical Skills
