Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the complete finance operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, costing, cash flow management, compliance, MIS reporting and supporting management in strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage working capital, banking activities, CC limits, term loans, LC/BG.
- Handle project/machine costing and profitability analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Manage inventory valuation and cost control processes.




- Monitor accounts receivable and payable (Debtors & Creditors).
- Support ERP implementation and improve finance processes.
- Develop financial strategies and provide insights to the CEO/Management.
- Lead and guide the finance team.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and financial analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in project-based manufacturing companies.
- Exposure to engineering products, capital equipment, SPM, or automobile industries.
- Ability to develop finance processes, systems, and SOPs.
