How can you make an impact?

· Monitor and supervise the daily activities of each team member to ensure adherence to internally defined SOPs and timelines

· Accountability to maintain all back-office reports





· Responsible for meeting the collection targets & coordinate with various internal key functional teams to ensure that the collections are streamlined and can be brought in within the timelines

· Monitor the daily grievances and escalations received from customers.

· Ensure timely, accurate and satisfactory solutions are provided by team members to each of these queries.

· Mitigate escalated customer issues.

· Responsible for Issuing of all post sales related documents

· Coordinate with other functions to resolve customer issues

· Maintain a high Net Promoter Score from customers

What are we looking for?

· A qualified Skilled with 2 years of relevant work experience.

· Should be open to travel to different locations during project launches

· Good communication skills (oral & written)

· Enthusiastic & interpersonal Skills

· Good knowledge of excel and word
