Role Description
The Audit Intern – Freshers role is an in office internship position based in Mumbai. Interns will assist in executing audit and assurance procedures, including reviewing financial statements, checking compliance with SEBI regulations, and supporting risk assessment activities. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing financial data,



preparing working papers and documentation, and coordinating with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of assignments. Interns will also help in process reviews, maintain audit records, and contribute to reports and presentations for internal and client use. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to capital market audits and professional standards in a structured, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Commerce Graduates (Bcom, BMS, BBI, Mcom, BBA, BFM, BAF )
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify variances or irregularities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office software; familiarity with audit tools is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to follow structured procedures and timelines.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and build a career in audit
