Job Title: Food Technologist

Location: Thonda Village, Thirumalagiri Mandal, Suryapet District, Telangana
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production of dehydrated vegetable powders and value-added food products.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Develop current products and improve existing formulations and shelf life.
- Maintain technical documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
- Support process optimization, production efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology/Food Science.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in food processing, QA, R&D;, or product development.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP.
- Experience in dehydrated foods, vegetable processing, or spice processing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule
- 6 days a week.
- Rotational shifts as per production requirements.
