We are looking for a
hands-on AI Consultant
with solid experience in building enterprise GenAI and RAG solutions for IT operations.

? Real project experience with LangChain or LangGraph

? Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow, ITSM or ITOM

? Exposure to incident management, alerts, NOC or AIOps use cases

? Willingness to work from Chennai or Hyderabad in hybrid mode

Key Responsibilities

• Improve enterprise chatbot accuracy using approved KM documents, SOPs and runbooks

• Build and optimize RAG-based knowledge assistants

• Implement AI-driven ticket triage, routing and resolution recommendations

• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM

• Support incident correlation, alert-noise reduction and NOC shift-left initiatives

• Automate repeatable L3 support activities through AI and runbooks

• Ensure proper security, access control, governance and audit compliance
