What is this role all about?

As the Director / Senior Director – Enterprise Sales, you will drive strategic revenue growth by winning and expanding large enterprise accounts across North India.



You will partner with CXOs, lead complex consultative sales cycles, and play a pivotal role in accelerating Kapture CX's enterprise business while shaping long-term customer relationships.

- You will build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior business leaders, becoming a strategic advisor throughout the sales journey.
- You will own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and solution positioning to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
- You will collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored AI-powered CX solutions for enterprise customers.
