Job Profile:
The Management Trainee – Sales role is a structured program to develop future sales & business development professionals.



The role begins with sales coordination, proposal support, client follow-ups & internal coordination and progresses towards lead generation, client interaction and independent sales responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Industrial preferred) 1–3 years of experience
- Robust academic foundation preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1 – Sales Coordination & Support
- Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Commercial teams for cost inputs
- Follow up with clients for enquiries, clarifications, and documentation
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline tracker
- Support tender documentation and submission process.

Phase 2 – Independent Sales Execution
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and ref
