IndiaPicture is part of the Mahatta Group — a creative, visual-content and technology-led group with over 100 years of legacy (since 1915) across photography, image licensing, creative production, décor and digital platforms. IndiaPicture is one of India's first digital photo-stock and visual-content licensing platforms, now expanding into AI-led creative workflows across licensing, visual generation, production, design and commerce.

About the role
IndiaPicture has launched new AI-led visual products for its existing base of ~2,500 clients, supported by a strong RM team (4 senior RMs, 8 manager-level RMs). Before scaling into large-scale marketing and recent-customer acquisition, we need to learn from this rollout — which clients understand the product, what objections recur, and which pitches work. This role turns that market feedback into GTM clarity.

This is a field-learning, product-adoption and GTM-execution role sitting between sales, product,



client feedback and future marketing. It is not a social-media, SEO, PR or content-only role.

What you'll own
- RM-led rollout tracking (who was contacted, what was pitched, response)
- Client feedback and objection tracking, categorised by client type and theme
- Product adoption tracking — identifying early adopters and demo/training gaps
- Sales enablement — pitch decks, one-pagers, scripts, objection-handling notes, FAQs
- GTM playbook — segment-wise recommendations after the first 60–90 days
- Marketing input (case studies, campaign insights) — not full ownership

Who we're looking for
- 3–5 years' experience preferred (2 years minimum if exceptionally sharp and strong at presenting)
- Background in B2B SaaS, martech/adtech, AI tools, CRM/salestech, customer success, or digital/creative agency client servicing, or media/licensing platform sales
- A GTM mindset — not a channel or content mindset
