Role Description
The Sales and Support Person role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.



The role involves engaging with existing and potential customers to understand their investment requirements, explain suitable products and services, and support them through account opening and transaction processes. The individual will handle customer queries, resolve issues related to trading, account maintenance, and platform usage, and ensure timely and accurate communication across channels. The role includes coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up to support customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales and Support Person is expected to meet defined service and sales targets while adhering to regulatory and company policies.
