This role offers an opportunity to become a key technical contributor in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Workday solutions. You will work across HCM and Financials modules, delivering integrations, reports, and technical enhancements that enable business transformation and operational efficiency. As a senior technical expert, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to build scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals. The position requires deep Workday expertise, robust problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into reliable technical outcomes. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, enhance,



and support Workday integrations across HCM and Financials modules, ensuring scalable and reliable technical solutions.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday integrations, reporting solutions, and enterprise application support.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools and frameworks such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
- Configure and support Workday Business Processes to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
- Create, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, including Report Writer and BIRT reporting solutions.
- Support Workday content management, including questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations.
