Work Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech park)

Mode of Work: 5 Days Working from Office

Shift: 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST

Job Description:

This position is primarily focused on driving setup / changes / configuration related to Core HR, Recruit and onboarding processes in Oracle Fusion.
- Configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for core HR functions like workforce structure, employee data management, and organizational hierarchy.
- Enhance Recruiting application features and user experience for requisition and offer process
- Valuable experience with career site customization and job posting controls
- Configure Interview scheduling in Oracle and integrate with MS teams
- Configure and modify Feedback templates.
- Configure/Modify Approval Workflow
- Offer letters templates creation and modification




- Page customizations and rules configuration using Visual Builder studio
- Knowledge in guided journey
- Agents creation and manage

Experience in working with AI agents and process automations
