Product Specialist – Lifesciences Manufacturing Domain

Mareana is looking for an experienced Product Specialist with a robust background in the Lifesciences Manufacturing Domain. In this role, you would work along with both Internal (Product, Sales & Pre-Sales) and External (Prospects & Customers) stakeholders.

It involves interacting with Prospects and providing them with all the relevant information on Mareana's products, identifying any new requirements or gaps, documenting the same, and working with the Product / Engineering team in delivering new features and enriching Mareana's products in the supply chain, manufacturing, and unstructured data domains.

The ideal candidate would come from Pharma Manufacturing background and have experience

working with LIMS or MES systems. They should be able to understand the customer's business processes and map them with Mareana's product capabilities.

She will focus on providing in-depth product expertise to maximize sales conversion rates and





ensure that the industry expectations are met as the Products get built.

What You’ll Do

• Gain in-depth understanding of the Mareana products.

• Act as trusted advisor during pre-sales, helping clients translate regulatory and operational requirements into solution use cases

• Support sales in demos, explaining product features, and product adoption.

• Work with internal SMEs(Subject Matter Expert) and understand the business operations and data relationships.

• Own C Conduct Discovery Sessions, POCs, Workshops.

• Understand the prospect/ customer’s process and map them to Mareana Offerings.

• Work with Cross Functional Team including Engineering, Product,Delivery, Sales and Marketing.

• Keep abreast of what the market needs.

• Enrich the product by identifying current requirements / features that would add value

based on the product implementation experience.
