Role:
The Social Media Executive role at Lumaya is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing posts, optimizing content across platforms, and engaging with the community through comments, messages, and collaborations.



This role involves creating compelling written and visual content aligned with brand guidelines, monitoring performance metrics, and refining strategies to increase reach and engagement. The Social Media Executive will coordinate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns, influencer activities, and product launches, while staying current on trends in beauty, skincare, and social media.

Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Media Planning capabilities to schedule content, support campaigns, and allocate budgets effectively.
- Explicit and professional Communication and Writing skills for creating posts, captions, and community responses.
