Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Associate to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day HR coordination along with basic accounts and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive,



and comfortable managing both people-related and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources
- Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation process for new employees and interns
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, records, and operational processe
- Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination

Accounts & Operations
- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
- Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain expense records and petty cash management
- Support account reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports
- Assist with tax, compliance, and documentation-related activi
