We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales/Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Explain products or services and answer customer queries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales software.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or direct sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
