Role Description

We are looking for a IT Sales Executive with knowledge of marketing, and back-office operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting sales activities, and managing communication through calls and emails.

• QUALIFICATION: Postgraduates or Graduate (B-Tech, M-Tech, MBA – IT, MCA)

• Salary – 12k





Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat

Provide product information and support related to IT products

Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups

Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales records

Manage back-office tasks and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

Maintain positive customer relationships

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of IT products (Barcode, RFID, Printers, etc.)

Understanding of sales and marketing concepts

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience in email handling and customer support

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
