Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Build and manage Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and request fulfillment workflows.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Develop and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and workflow automation capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support and enhance core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Work Notes, Activity Logs, Task Updates, and operational documentation.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.




- Troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution through structured support processes.
- Follow enterprise development standards, governance, security, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Solid expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Extensive experience with REST API development and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience in Service Catalog Development, including:

- Request Workflows
- Strong understanding of ITSM Modules:

- Change Management
