Overview

The Reporting & Insights Analyst will support the Manager, Performance & Insights in providing reporting insights to the RS business. The role includes planning, performance measurement and management of data to enable the leadership team meet business objectives. A subject matter expert with data visualization tools and techniques,



Solid analytical skills and a keen attention to detail is desirable.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Strategic Focus
- Support the management and identification of risk through data insights.
- Support the business in developing and delivering strategy by providing actioned-based insight by interpreting data and making appropriate recommendations.
- Analyze data into actionable insight, identify trends, and create dashboards and reports.
- Optimizing and automate reporting processes for better efficiency.

Operational Management
- Deliver end to end processes and systems to measure, manage and optimise the performance of the business.
- Ensure the qualitative and quantitative requirements of data and infrastructure are established, delivered, maintained, and reviewed to assure accurate and timely delivery of solutions and outputs.
