The Zonal Manager ? Sales (MG
SELECT) is an individual contributor role responsible for driving premium and
luxury car sales performance, dealer effectiveness, and customer experience
across the assigned zone, in line with MG SELECT?s brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver retail and wholesale
volume, revenue and market share targets for MG SELECT models in the assigned
zone, in line with annual business plans.

?

Drive sell?out through strong
retail activation, lead management, and conversion, working closely with MG
SELECT dealerships, sales consultants, and CRM teams.

?





Ensure strict adherence to all
defined MG SELECT dealership SOPs across the sales journey (discovery to
delivery), to consistently deliver luxury behaviour and a differentiated, 5?star
customer experience.

?

Build, mentor and influence front?line
dealership sales teams (DSEs, TLs, ASM?equivalent) through regular joint field
work, coaching and performance reviews, despite being an individual contributor
at company payroll.

?

Ensure MG SELECT brand standards
and luxury customer experience benchmarks are met across all touchpoints,
including showroom, test drive, delivery, and events.

?

Track dealer performance on KPIs
(retail, enquiry funnel, penetration of finance/insurance/accessories, stock
health, ageing, pricing discipline, profit contribution) and drive timely
corrective actions.

Lead launch readiness and go?to?market
execution for current MG SELECT products in the zone, including product, pricing
and progra
