Key Skills Required:

✅ Strong experience in
Email Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation

✅ Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing (RTM)

✅ Experience in end-to-end
Email Campaign Management
– setup, segmentation, scheduling, testing, deployment & reporting

✅ Expertise in
Litmus
for email testing, rendering validation, accessibility checks, and optimization

✅ Advanced knowledge of
HTML & CSS for email development

✅ Experience with
Power Apps and marketing workflow automation

✅ Strong understanding of customer journeys, personalization, segmentation, and automation





✅ Experience in campaign QA, troubleshooting, deliverability monitoring, and performance analysis

✅ Team handling and stakeholder management experience

Role Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end email campaign execution

? Build and optimize customer journeys and automated marketing programs

? Execute one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven email campaigns

? Ensure campaign quality, compliance, and successful deployments

? Monitor campaign performance metrics and drive improvements
