1. Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, management, supervision and control of all line and base maintenance activities undertaken by Saarthi Airways under its CAR-145 approval. The position shall ensure that maintenance is performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with DGCA requirements, the approved Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), approved maintenance data and company procedures.
2. Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all line and base maintenance activities comply with DGCA CAR-145, the approved MOE and applicable maintenance data.
2. Plan and supervise scheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, repairs and component replacements.

Ensure sufficient qualified manpower, certifying staff, tools, equipment, facilities and approved maintenance data are available before work begins.
4. Maintain effective manpower and production planning, including control of shifts, leave, training and workload.
5. Ensure certifying and support staff hold the required licences, type ratings, competency assessments and organisational authorisations.
6. Ensure all maintenance records, work packages, technical logs and release-to-service documents are complete and accurate.
7. Control aircraft components, materials, stores, calibrated tools and ground-support equipment.
8. Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Continuing Airworthiness, Safety, Compliance, Stores and Technical Records teams.
9. Support DGCA inspections and internal audits, and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
