We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting speacialist who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial reports.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience of at least 4+ years in AP, AR positions within a Logistics or freight forwarding enviroment. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting softwares, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Contributions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable,



accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
- Support in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management.
- Monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
