About the Role

Corazon Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales (Business Development) to lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring individual and team target achievement, supporting team members, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives.
- Drive the team towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and overall team target achievement and sales performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
- Guide the team in handling customer inquiries, property presentations,



site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversions and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
- Conduct regular training and performance review sessions to improve team productivity.
- Identify performance gaps and provide necessary coaching and support.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and share target and performance updates with management.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of recent Business Development Executives.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to company processes.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Sales with team-handling experience.
- Candidates must have prior sales experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance.
- Candidates with prior Real Estate Sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Female candidates are preferred
