About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Bangalore. This is an excellent prospect for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and building brand partnerships with influencers. You will play a key role in growing our brand's online presence, driving engagement, and executing influencer collaborations that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand advocates
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns — outreach, briefing, negotiation, content approval, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments/DMs, and manage community engagement.




- Track and report on social media and influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the content, design, and performance marketing teams to align messaging across channels
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media promotions and boosted posts
- Support influencer contract management, payment tracking, and content usage rights
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, contests, and brand collaborations to increase follower growth and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing (internships included)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practice
