Role Description
The Operations Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based at the SKS Veterinary Hospital branch in Benagaluru.

Need to take care 2 branches at Bengaluru and one at Hosur.

This role oversees day-to-day hospital operations, including front-desk workflows, appointment scheduling, and coordination between clinical teams, support staff, and administration to ensure smooth service delivery.





Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, managing staff schedules, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and patient-centered environment.

The Operations Supervisor supports inventory and facility management, coordinates with vendors and service providers, and contributes to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

The role also involves handling escalations, preparing basic operational reports, and supporting training and onboarding of team members.
